Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation terms below before placing an order.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the item has not yet shipped.

Shipped Orders

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want the item after it has been shipped, you may request a return following our Return & Refund Policy. All return shipping and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs, Duties & Shipping Fees

If an order is cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be issued (Selling fees are not refundable).
If an order is cancelled after shipping, shipping and customs fees are non-refundable.

Refusal of Delivery

If the buyer refuses the parcel upon delivery:

  • Return shipping and any additional customs/handling fees will be deducted from the refund.

  • Refund will only be issued once the item is returned and inspected.
